Single service reservation policy

For booking the individual service (guided tour, excursion, boat trip, etc…), it is necessary to pay the full amount. Depending on the service you will have confirmation:

  • Immediate and automatic
  • Deferred after material check of actual availability of vacancies.

Single service reimbursement policy

Our policy is very flexible and balanced for reimbursement in case of unforeseen circumstances. The percentage of the amount refunded varies depending on when the inability to attend the purchased event/service is communicated.

This detail:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance;
  • 50% penalty up to 24 hours in advance;
  • 100% penalty in case of no-show on the same day (no show).

Multi-service package tour refund policy

It is also possible to have reimbursement of tour packages including multiple services under certain conditions. Our cancellation and refund policy is among the most flexible and beneficial to our customers because we want your experience with us to be as pleasant as possible. This means that it will only be possible to have a refund when it is also feasible for us to cancel services that have already been confirmed and booked, so depending on the departure date. This is the full detail:

  • Up to 15 days before departure: free cancellation with deposit refund;
  • From 14 to 3 days before departure: 30% penalty;
  • Less than 72 hours or no show : 100% penalty.
